DELIVERY INFO
- At Price Pirate we offer Australia wide delivery to our customers on most smaller items and metro capital city and regional area delivery on larger items such as whitegoods and televisions. - Smaller items will be delivered by Australia Post or Fastway courier - if you're not home a card will be left for pick up or to reschedule delivery. - Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer weekend deliveries at this stage. Sydney metro customers can pickup from our store located at John Hines Avenue, Minchinbury. Customers intending to pickup should always call prior on 1300 578 810 to confirm stock availability. - Larger items are delivered in 3 ways, by our own delivery vehicles, Allied Express or direct from the manufacturer. We do not usually deliver lager items until a day has been confirmed with the customer to eliminate the costs associated with extra delivery attempts. A signature is required in receipt of all deliveries. An authorised person can sign on your behalf provided they reside at the shipping address provided. - All customers will be provided with a consignment number to track and trace their item. - All items that are delivered on the store truck within Sydney will be
booked in with the customer prior to the day, at a mutually convenient
time . If the customer is not at home at this agreed time, a secondary
delivery fee may be charged. - All items are brand new and delivered in original sealed manufacturers packaging. - All delivery prices
are outlined on each individual product page. Please note that if you
are outside of our normal shipping zones, additional postage charges may need to be added but you will be contacted first. To view our shipping zones click here- At Price Pirate, we work on a 'Just in time' principle which means that we don't keep multiple warehouses full of unnecessary stock. This saves us money and allows us to pass on cheaper product prices to you! - If your item is in stock with us and your payment has been confirmed, we will endeavour to ship your item within 24-48hrs. - If your item is not in stock with us but is in stock with the supplier, we will endeavour to ship your item within 5-7 days without contact. - If your item is not in stock with us and is not in stock with the supplier, we will contact you within 2-3 working days of placing your order to advise an estimated time of arrival. Where the item is delayed, you will have a choice as to whether to proceed or have your order refunded.
WARRANTY
- All products come with full manufacturers warranty. Your warranty commences on the invoice date.
- Extended warranty is available on most products of up to 5-7 years. Our extended warranty programme is backed by Lumleys Insurance, one of the largest and most respected companies in this field.
PAYMENT
- Payment can be made by Direct Deposit bank to bank transfer, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Amex. There are no fees for using credit cards or Paypal. Your credit card statement will not show PricePirate as the merchant but will actually show our retail store name for example Betta Electrical Superstore. Please note this when checking card statements to avoid any confusion.
- A further 2% discount is available for payments made by direct deposit bank to bank transfers. By entering discount code 888 whilst in your cart. Attempts to obtain the 2% discount when using credit card or Paypal as a payment method will be corrected when your order is processed by our staff and you will be contacted in regards to correcting your payment. - Orders where no payment has been received within 7 days will be cancelled unless arrangements have been made with our sales team. Stock is not allocated or ordered until full payment is confirmed. - A Tax Invoice will be emailed or shipped with the goods. The invoice will detail your purchase, any options paid for including extended warranty and a total amount paid including GST. The invoice will be from our retail store shipping the item. You must retain this invoice for warranty purposes.

- Pixel Precision Progressive Processing for HD. To get the best HD images from a BD-Video disc, you need a player that renders high-quality progressive images, expresses motion smoothly, and draws sharp diagonal lines. The DMP-BD45 P4HD processes more than 15 billion pixels per second and applies the optimum processing to every pixel in the video data on the disc. The result is images with exceptional resolution. This is Blu-Ray, this is high definition.* HDMI connection required.
- Viera Link. Viera Link easy connections and operation using HDMI cabling. A smart new way to enjoy the world of high-quality AV. By connecting the DMP-BD85 to a Panasonic VIErA flat-panel TV with an HDMI cable via HDMI, the user can control Panasonic AV components using the latest enhanced VIErA Link functionality. Using the new Seamless Graphical User Interface, when the VIErA TV is on, switch to DMP-BD85 mode using the VIErA remote control. Simply press the VIErA Link button on the TV's remote control and select 'BD Player' on the VIErA Link menu screen. The DMP-BD85 menu will display on the TV screen, and you can begin playback of a Blu-ray disc or select from the Blu-ray disc menu.
- Precise Pixel Generation. BD-Video supports a number of formats. For example, highest-quality format 1920 x 1080 pixels, 1080P can be recorded at any of four different frame rates - 59.94i, 50i, 23.976p and 24p - and the compression format can be MPEG2, MPEG4 AVC or VC-1. The BD-Video player must detect these instantly and perform progressive conversion where necessary. Both for the de-interlacing and scaling, the DMP-BD45's super-high-speed P4HD generates each pixel correctly according to information obtained from up to 60 surrounding pixels. Applying progressive processing to huge amounts of data, it delivers images of striking beauty.
- 16-Level Motion Detection with Pixel-Based Motion Adaptive. For optimum progressive conversion, the processing must suit the motion of the image. The super-high-speed P4HD categorizes the image motion of each pixel into one of 16 levels, from stationary to super fast. For areas with stationary images, it applies the progressive processing best suited to still images. In other areas it applies processing that matches the degree of motion. The results are stunningly beautiful progressive images with minimum conversion errors.
- Diagonal Processing. The ability to create smooth, sharp diagonal lines is a key in progressive conversion. The P4HD quickly detects diagonals and applies correction to the pixels accordingly. In reproducing the kinds of geometric patterns often seen in architecture, for example, the DMP-BD60 provides exceptionally smooth, sharp diagonal lines whether the image is still or moving.
- 3:2/2:2 Pull-down Progressive processing. The P4HD instantly determines whether a source is film or video and optimizes the processing accordingly. Applying 3:2 or 2:2* pull-down with movie software, it makes images look natural and true to life. * 2:2 Pull-down: DVD-only

- Nartural Analogue Video. 148.5MHz/12bit Video D/A Converter. DMP-BD45 incorporates a 148.5MHz, 12bit Video D/A Converter from Analog Devices Co. Ltd. that provides high-quality 4x oversampling for 1080i/720p output. NSV (noise shaping video) processing shifts the noise component to an unused band to further boost the signal-to-noise ratio. And finally, we added extremely fine 12bit signal processing that renders ultra-fine images with smooth gradation. - Sound. 192kHz/24bit Audio D/A Converter for All Channels. The DMP-BD45 uses a 192kHz/24bit D/A converter for each of the eight channels to achieve truly superb surround sound. The D/A converter uses Advanced Segment D-A processing, which applies multi-bit processing to establish the audio reference and 1bit processing to render the delicate nuances.
